Christmas Project Pricing 2026
Although we call this our School Christmas Card Fundraiser, we don’t just print Christmas cards. We’ve found that offering a small range of additional products increases appeal for parents and helps boost fundraising profits for the school.
As a result, we offer four different printed products, all featuring your children’s artwork.
All prices include VAT at 20%. Delivery is FREE on orders over £200, or £10 for orders under £200.

Standard Product Pricing

12 x A6 Folded Christmas Cards £4.50Our core product — and always the most popular — is our high-quality A6 folded Christmas card. Each pack contains 12 cards and 12 white envelopes.
The front of each card features your child’s artwork, while the reverse is printed with the details you choose, typically your child’s name and the school name. We can also include your school logo on the back at no extra cost. All cards are printed blank inside as standard. -
11oz Ceramic Mug £5.40Have your child’s artwork immortalised on our premium 11oz white ceramic mugs — a thoughtful gift that grandparents will truly cherish. Each mug is dishwasher safe and individually boxed, making it perfect for gifting. Always popular with both parents and grandparents, our mugs are available in a choice of five designs: Stockings, Santa, Gifts, Snowflakes, or Vanilla. Please note that one design must be selected for all mug orders across the entire school.

Coasters (2 Pack) £5.40Our full-colour coasters measure 9cm x 9cm and are made from durable MDF, providing a sturdy, long-lasting finish. Each bright white coaster is printed in full colour with your child’s artwork, creating a vibrant and personal keepsake. To make each coaster even more special, we also include your child’s name and class details as part of the design, making it a lovely memento for families and a popular choice for gifts.

42 x Self Adhesive Gift Labels £2.40Another popular option is our self-adhesive gift labels, supplied in packs of 42. Printed on high-quality semi-gloss labels measuring 38mm x 99mm, they make a practical and attractive addition to our product range. Each label features your child’s artwork and name, with plenty of space for addressing gifts — perfect even for messages written by the smallest of children.
Fundraising Profits
The prices listed above are what we charge the PTA. Unlike many other companies, we don’t tell you what to charge parents — you’re free to set your own prices.
To give you an idea, we’ve included some examples of prices you could charge and the commission percentages they would earn.

Optional Extras
Our standard service is used by the vast majority of our clients but sometimes people request something more and for this we offer a number of optional extras. These include:

Hand Scanning (Using Paints, Pastels, Collages) £30.00Our standard service provides for children's designs to be created using colouring pencil, felt tips and crayons. This is because all of the children's designs can then be safely fed through our automatic document scanner. This allows us to process returned designs quicker and keeps the price of our cards low. However we know that some schools would rather create designs using paint, pastels and collages (using all manner of materials). In these instances we need to scan each sheet "on the glass" and by hand. This process takes considerably longer and so we charge an additional £30 when the number of the hand scanned drawings exceeds 60

School Logo on reverse of Christmas cards £FREEIf your school has a logo that you would like printed on the reverse of your cards then we can incorporate this for you FREE OF CHARGE. You just need to upload your logo in a digital format to your project. We will need the highest quality logo (generally this means the largest filesize) you have to use on your cards.
Other Costs
In addition to our standard product charges we have a handful of additional charges that are applied in exceptional circumstances. These are:

Late Artwork £45.00This charge is applied to any projects where the artwork is returned after our deadline date of Friday 13th November 2026. If artwork is received after Friday 20th November 2026 we will not accept it for processing

Small Order Delivery Charge £10.00This charge is applied to any projects where the total order value is below £100 (inc VAT). In all other instances delivery is free of charge.
