Deadlines for Christmas 2026
We know how busy PTA organisers can be — it’s a lot to juggle! Between looking after the children, managing work or home commitments, and running PTA projects, it can feel overwhelming. But with Christmas Cards for Schools, running a school Christmas card project couldn’t be easier.
We understand that these projects are often managed by parents in their spare time, so we don’t tie you down to rigid schedules. That said, there are a few important deadlines to keep in mind, so you have plenty of time to complete the project before the Christmas holidays.
Here are the key deadlines for 2026:
Returning Children's Drawings to us - Friday 13th November
The latest date for the return of children’s drawings for is Friday 13th November 2026.
Late Artwork "Window"
If you miss the deadline for returning your children’s artwork, don’t worry — you can still send it in between Monday 17th November and Friday 20th November 2026. Artwork received during this period will be accepted, but a £45 (inc. VAT) fee will apply for late processing.
Please note that any artwork received after Friday 21st November 2026 cannot be accepted or scanned.
Outline timescales for our ONLINE project
To help you work out some broad ideas of timescales we have set out below some timings for various stages of our projects. This will help you plan out your own online Christmas project.

Step 1
YOU register with our website to order your FREE drawing templates

Step 2
WE will send the drawing templates to you either by 1st Class Post or Courier (depending upon weight).
ESTIMATED TIME : 48-72 Hours

Step 3
YOU send your completed drawing templates back to School Fundraising Ltd for scanning in the supplied box. You will also need to complete our online "Project Setup" information page which gives us important information about the price at which you wish to sell your cards, allows you to control the information printed on your order forms and preview how your products might look when printed.
ESTIMATED TIME : Up to one week

Step 4
WE will take your returned drawings, scan them into our system and enter your children's names and classes into our system.
We will then generate personalised leaflets contained a unique code allowing your parents to order online. These will be sent back to you by 1st Class Post or Courier (depending upon weight).
ESTIMATED TIME : Up to two weeks

Step 5
YOU will then send the order leaflets out to parents. Parents order and pay online, so you DO NOT need to collect orders and payments. The online shop will close on it's scheduled closure date.

Step 6
WE will process your order, printing the required cards, gift tags, coasters, mugs and value packs (as appropriate to your project). They will then be packaged and sent by courier (signature required upon receipt) to your chosen delivery address.
